The ABB Measurement Products distribution sales network is being extended with a long-term partnership with Analytical Solutions and Products B.V. (ASaP) for which the agreement has been signed on June 25th, 2014. ASaP, as an authorized distributor for ABB Measurement Products, will advise customers in the industrial & process automation markets on the total ABB Analytical Systems and Solutions portfolio. ABB is gaining an experienced partner for its customer base that brings many years of experience in the field of Analytical systems & solutions to the users of ABB equipment.
On June 25, 2014, Ad van de Noort, General Manager Measurement Products signed the agreement with Michael van der Zee, Managing Director of ASaP.
The crucial benefits for the customers of both ABB and ASaP solutions are that the partnership:
- Provides advice and support to help customers ensure that both their analytical equipment and overall plant operations are running smoothly
- Advises on the right analytical systems and solutions for their specific application
- Supports during installation, start-up & commissioning and service & maintenance during the life cycle of analytical equipment
- Provides health-checks for the condition of the installed analytical equipment to help prevent unscheduled plant stoppages
- Help the customer to ensure them to have the right spare equipment on hand in the event of a breakdown – critical in minimizing downtime
- Help the customer check your stock inventory to eliminate unnecessary items, reducing your stock investment and capital costs
The agreement covers to supply ASaP with the entire range of analytical products, systems and services to successfully deliver answers and solutions to customers in the industrial & process automation markets.
