Analytical Solutions and Products B.V. (ASaP) delivered a multi-stream natural gas sample and measurement system, housed in a robust and weatherproof cabinet. The analyzer cabinet features an automated and freely adjustable stream selection sequence for up to 8 inlet streams, covering the entire process.
Our customer Chart Industries, Inc is the main contractor responsible for suppling the entire LNG cold box, MR compressor, pretreatment, and deinventory system. The end user of the system is Atlanta Gas Light, operating under Southern Company Gas in Georgia, United States. Cherokee LNG plant system overview
The system integrates a micro gas chromatograph to monitor multiple natural gas streams, from pre-treatment, mixed refrigerant to tailgas analysis in one analytical solution. The system is fully equipped and ready for future LNG truck loading quality analysis using a Phazer 2.1 Cryogenic Probe vaporizer.
The sample take-off and conditioning systems utilize advanced regulators and heating technologies to ensure consistent sample integrity and prevent condensation. These systems are designed to guarantee adaptability and maintain the high quality of analytical results even in challenging conditions.
With real-time insights provided by AIM, engineers can easily monitor and optimize system performance, reducing downtime and operational risks. A perfect example of this feature is the cylinder management in AIM, which helps keep track of consumption and reduces maintenance costs. AIM is also capable of generating automated COQ/Bill of Lading documents for truck loading using weighbridge input data.
