The Ametek WDG 1200 and 1210 Insitu flue gas analyzers are rugged, reliable flue gas oxygen analyzers for net oxygen that use industry-proven zirconium oxide sensor technology. The outer probe tube is 310 stainless steel so no abrasion shield is needed for most applications. The controller features precision temperature control for optimum stability, built-in diagnostics, and over-temperature protection. Modbus interface and 4-20 mA outputs are standard. The unique sensor design allows the entire sensor assembly, including the heater, to be removed without disturbing the outer protection tube which remains in the process. This makes field service fast and easy, and because there is no need to return the probe to the factory for repair, there’s no expensive downtime.

Ametek WDG 1200 and 1210 HPII Explosion proof Division 1
Explosion proof Division 1, convective analyzers for direct measurement of oxygen in flue gas streams up to 1537°C. The Ametek WDG 1200 and 1210 Insitu flue gas analyzers HPII XP analyzers mount directly on the combustion process and are designed for direct measurement in flue gas applications without the need for installing a high temperature bypass system, a requirement on most petrochemical insitu analyzer applications. The elimination of the high temperature bypass system with the direct convection measurement of the Ametek WDG 1200 and 1210 Insitu flue gas analyzers HP XP analyzer insures a faster analyzer response to process changes and reduced installation cost by direct process flange mounting and no need for instrument air for sample transport or purge. These analyzers are suitable for gas streams up to 1537°C and for corrosive gas streams with sample wetted parts in Hastelloy® or Inconel®. The analyzers can be provided with integral on-board electronics or a remote mount control unit installed up to 300m from the sensor (Ametek WDG 1200 and 1210 Insitu flue gas analyzers HPII XP). Analog current output and MODBUS communication are provided for process measurement and communication.
