H2 measurement December update
We are happy to announce that after a successful first trial period, our H2 measurement demo unit is free for measurement again.
The unit ran parallel with a CGA-analyzer and the results were excellent. No influences of fluctuating steam compositions while measuring H2.

ASaP has developed a ready-to-use analyzer system for the measurement of H2 contents for those who are interested in replacing a standard H2 gas chromatograph or continuous gas TCD analyzer.
The H2scan analyzer only detects H2, there is no cross sensitivity with other components or measurement influences from fluctuating stream compositions.
The analyzer does not need utility gasses and needs virtually no maintenance.
We included a datalogger, H2Scan and pressure compensation and the trial system is ready to install and evaluate , the only thing we need from you is a sample stream and 230 VAC.
H2scan Finds its typical use in numerous applications, including:
- Refinery applications: Reforming, cracking, recycle gas, tail gas, fuel gas and flare gas
- Natural gas applications: measurements in natural gas.
- Industrial gas supply: Air Separation, syngas, methane reforming, electrolysis process streams
- Petrochemical: measurements in polymer feedstocks and flare gas.
