At Analytical Solutions and Products bv (ASaP), we are looking for a Management and HR Assistant to join our international team in our growing organization. ASaP is located in Amsterdam Westpoort and is easily accessible by car.

Founded in 2000, ASaP has grown into a leading full-service company specializing in gas analysis systems. We represent various renowned analyzer brands, design and build our own systems, provide service, and manufacture innovative products such as the Phazer, Flare Gas Probe, and AIM (Analyzer Information Module). ASaP is the global leader in LNG analysis. At ASaP, we have a no-nonsense culture and an informal working atmosphere where you can collaborate with a driven and growing international team of about 30 people.
Responsibilities of a Management and HR Assistant
In this versatile and varied position, your responsibilities include:
Support Management Team (60%) including:
- Organizing/facilitating meetings;
- Answer the telephone, together with colleagues;
- Handling and taking minutes of lunch meetings;
- General administrative support.
HR Support (40%) in collaboration with the HR consultant:
- Administrative processing of the entry and exit of our (international) employees;
- Sick leave support;
- Arranging residence permits, visas, etc.;
- Liaising with Occupational Health and Safety Service, Absence Service, Insurers, and Accountants;
- Keeping company regulations and agreements up to date;
- Administration of lease cars and assisting colleagues with questions about them;
- Updating the HR Monthly and Annual Summaries.

Management and HR Assistant requirements
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working;
- Minimal 3 years’ work experience in a similar role;
- You have a strong affinity for all aspects of HR;
- Good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Competences
- A digital all-rounder, you excel in organization and always maintain an overview;
- Sensitive, discreet, and able to work independently;
- Be able to switch quickly between various tasks;
- Ability to cooperate and communicate well;
- Ability to work accurately.
