Every year at Analytical Solutions and Products we like to test how fire resistant our throats and tongues are with a hot sauce contest. Deliciously hot and spicy sauces from all around the world will be tested.
This year’s Scoville contest ended in a shared number 1 position for Martin van Burgh, our CTO, and Jack Leeflang, our accountant. Starting with 50.000 Scoville units, they ended up liberally applying 1.700.000 Scoville units of fiery sauce to their chicken wings and lived to talk about it. It wasn’t until an hour later that they stopped sweating….
