Your role as Technical Commercial Assistant

The Technical Commercial Assistant role is crucial for supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations and support procurement. You will assist with backoffice tasks such as costprice calculations for our system, creating quotations, and handling spare parts inquiries. By managing customer inquiries and providing timely quotations, you will enhance customer satisfaction. Your work in purchasing and managing quotations will help streamline our operations and ensure efficient resource coordination. Together with the customer, the sales engineers and the given project specifications you define custom-made solutions.

What are your responsibilities

• Assist with performing system calculations to determine customer needs and provide custom solutions.
• Prepare cost price calculations for our custom-made solutions according project specifications in consultation with our customers
• Address and resolve customer inquiries to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• register new and outstanding offers in our ERP system
• organizing the project documentation in a neat manner and keeping them up to date
• Following up on outstanding quotes
• Process orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• keeping track of data in an orderly manner
• Support purchasing activities to maintain efficient supply chain and inventory management.
• Assist in streamlining operations by coordinating between various departments and managing resources effectively.
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.

Technical Commercial Assistant job requirements

• Proficiency in Office 365 and strong administrative skills.
• Excellent reading skills.
• Strong knowledge of technical concepts and a genuine affinity for technology are essential for this role.
• Strategically minded and keep an overview.
• organizational talent
• Fluent in English and preferred qualification in Dutch
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the sales field.
• A technical degree or education is preferred.
