Our Automated Fast Loop Liquid Samplers are based on the design of our gas samplers, which we are successfully supplying for several years in the oil and gas industry.
Instead of taking manual samples from a liquid stream, the fast loop system has a constant flow through a fast loop pump and samples will be extracted on a time interval base and stored in a pressurized sample cylinder.

Design Automated Fast Loop Liquid Samplers
A pneumatic sampling pump retracts a small sample from the fast loop and delivers this to a full redundant constant pressure sample cylinder. In the meantime, Reid Vapor Pressure analyzers and or Water Cut Analyzer can be mounted in the fast loop system for analysis of the liquid stream while over time sampling takes place.
The fast loop pump is mounted back to back mounted above a drip tray for easy access. The design of the system is meant for the following applications, sampling and measurements of crude oil, condensate, refined liquids (diesel, gasoline, aviation fuel, etc.), gas and LPG, butane and propane.
