Cool new (LNG) AIM features and updates

So much has happened over the last few months. At ASaP our development team has been working hard on new AIM features to make our predictive maintenance and analyzer data collection software (AIM) even better and more user friendly.

First we added full LNG Sampler support within AIM.

Following up this February 2021 these cool new (LNG) AIM features have been added to AIM:

Updated features in AIM: New Chart library

You will experience improved control over your charts in the new chart library.

More functionality with marking outliers via graphical representation instead of point table.

In addition the ability to export to images and PDF from the chart directly had been added.

UPS support for the LNG industry

Native support for Phoenix Contact Quint UPS had been added. This allows AIM to decide on the status of an UPS to stop workflows or to power down if primary power is lost.

This is intended for; redundant systems, safe shutdown to prevent loss of data in a power failure.

New AIM functionality: Performance evaluations and historic data

The new AIM functionality comes in carrying out automatic performance evaluations based on self-selected parameters and operators.

This allows you to automatically perform performance tests based on temperature, pressure and all available other data. The performance evaluations are supported by analyzers and sample conditioning systems, as well as the Phazer LNG probe-vaporizer and the LNG Sampler system. In addition all Modbus-based devices are supported.

Central dashboards for monitoring data outside of AIM: This allows you to build your own dashboards independently from the AIM functionality. The data can be retrieved from multiple AIM systems at once.

Predictive maintenance & analyzer data collection software – AIM

AIM is easy to use predictive maintenance and analyzer data collection software for operators and reliability engineers similar to AMADAS to get insight into their measurement and analyzer equipment.

• AIM centralizes logic to validate analytical equipment regardless of make and model
